I was really surprised to read a good review of this complex. I suspect it was an apartment manager. I have been living here for about two years and haven't moved mostly because I am too busy with work and trying to avoid getting laid-off to risk taking time to move. If you are a busy person like me I don't recommend moving here as you will get stuck wanting to move out very quickly. Here are my problems with the place:

*Old apartments, appliances old and in bad condition.

*Dirty when I moved in, carpet had numerous stains, wall was stained and not painted.

*They don't accept packages.

*Rude management (Denise was very nice but they fired her, go figure). Now there are new managers who are rude and could care less about the residents, the first thing they did was stop accepting packages. Nice huh'

*Lately we have been getting noisy neighbors, this was not a problem before but lately it has been.

*Loud construction noise, and also loud Moffet field noise, planes wake you up at night and in the morning.

*Asbestos in the ceiling (They don't tell you till AFTER you move in) I think actually we should take them to court over this....

*Office has short hours

*Water temperature is not good.

*Small apartments, our two bedroom is the size of most one bedrooms (800 square feet) Make sure and check that out for yourself.

*The owner changes rent often and is known to force people into leases they don't want. The owner is the worst thing overall, doesn't care a thing for those who are paying his wages. My neighbor shot himself because he could not afford the increase in rent and they would not negotiate. This is also varafiable call the Sunnyvale Police department and ask for information on a suicide in Daisy Ridge apartments.

*I think to me the biggest problem is the lack of customer service and the obvious carlessness with which I as a tenent am treated.

*Also the apatment is nothing great, take a look for yourself.

I say rent somewhere else, I am moving as soon as I can.
