My husband and I lived here for two years. It got progressively worse as the days went by. The pool was dirty and disgusting most of the time, and last summer the jacuzzi was under construction and not useable. The maintenance guy (Mr. Kim) refused to fix our disposal the day before Thanksgiving until we begged him. How can I make a meal when my sink fills with water' Speaking of water, do not expect any hot water after midnight. There were many times that even in the early evening there isn't any hot water. They called a plumber to fix the problem because we complained so many times and we were told that there was a leak in the piping in the wall. The plubmer said he'd be back to fix it next week. He was a no show.
Danielle claims that they have restrictions on how many people can live in a unit and I'm sure that's true. However, no one checks on these things and the apartment below us has at least 10 people living in it. (2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom) When we moved out, I cleaned the place from top to bottom, including steam cleaning the carpet. I have a cat and the place was spotless when we left, however AFTER I steam cleaned I was told that they had to do it professionally because of the animal. It doesn't say that in the lease and I wouldn't have wasted my money or time had I known that. Okay, no problem. They deducted that cost from our secuity deposit. What really chapped my hide is we were charged for "defleaing" the place and there were no such creatures in the apaprtment. My husband called and was told that they do that for everyone that has a cat, regardless of the situation. Again, a fee that wasn't in the lease and we are fighting to get that fee back, as it was also deducted from our security and pet deposit. And why just cats' Dogs get just as many fleas. Additionally, my cat was an indoor animal on the second floor. At any rate, this place is BAD news. Loud music at 830 am on Sunday, loud neighboors drinking on the porch below, people that park in the illegal spots (the supposed "we will tow you" sign..right sure..)and general unconcern for the tenants. Stay far away from this place.
