Things were ok before danielle arrived;
she is always talking in a rude manner.
does not manage the tasks properly.
overall a nightmarish experience.

I would not recommend atleast till danielle is gone.

I have to disagree with this comment. Before Danielle came I can list quite a few things that was wrong with Daisy Ridge Apartments there wasn't parking for residents it was a free for all first come first serve. The laundry rooms have never been this bright and clean. There were enough grocery carts on this property to start a small chain of stores, the grounds looked like they were cleaned once a week instead of everyday. Danielle has cleaned up Daisy Ridge to the point that I am happy to come home and see that there isn't trash, grocery carts, cloths drying on the balcony and trash accumulating outside of apartments. Danielle, has made improvements inside the apartmemts and outside on the property. I have lived here for many years and have seen many managers come and go. Danielle has worked very hard to maintain Daisy Ridge to where it is now where residents can enjoy a nice community. Danielle has open door policy always greets and smile's when she is walking the property even after hours. Danielle has made a great deal of changes for the better along with that came rules and regulations.

It must be true, since she wrote her own responce. I AM a seasoned manager, and after reading all of this I would seriously consider letting her go. Its one thing if a couple of residents are complaining about her but there are so many. All the posts are in regards to the same complaints. If I were one of her residents, I would call the Dept. of Fair housing. One is not allowed to dicriminate against any federaly protected class, such as race. A resident manager should always er on the side of the resident, for it is cheaper, easier and erns you the respect of your residents to do so. If in question call your reginal or the propertys attorny. There is more to this job than most people relize but good customer service goes along way and is much more important than how the laundry room or grounds look. Leaders are natural at it or they are very bad only one of the two can be true. Knowing your job and how to PROPERLY delagate assignments to your employees is key as well.
Ayway in closing , Danielle let you residents praise your efforts, if they are not doing so then take a good look at your atitudes twords them and make the appropret changes.( no spelling is not my stong suite, but niether is your costomer service skills.)

The response dated 05/03/2006 was surely written by Danielle. Whatever was in the notices to tennants is listed there.

Danielle did make some changes like replacing washer's and driers. Such things any manager can do. But the point is she is arrogant. She puts notices saying that you should keep your patio clean. You should not place anything in your patio etc., When you talk to her you feel like being ill treated.

There are no facilities. The same dirty pool. No exercise rooms. But rent alone will keep increasing.

She needs to go for the good of the people.
