I have lived at Daisy Ridge Apartments for at least 5 to 6 years. I remember when the present manager was being trained to take on the job.

One of the first things she did was organize the parking spaces so that where we parked was somewhere near where our apartment was. Before, it was chaos.

I have seen a dramatic improvement in the way that patios look. Before, patios were full of junk - and people were hanging clothes out to dry everywhere they could - including nearby bushes.

I find that the area where I live is much quieter than it used to be. (I can remember at one point, when I first lived here, that the people upstairs were fighting so loudly that I considered calling the police because the woman kept yelling "Help".

The staff have been very helpful and have gone out of their way to help me - the manager is efficient and busy. I have never been treated rudely.

The maintenance people are kind enough to come and change light bulbs for us when we need them, and they have often helped me carry heavy stuff to the trash.

We have new, economy star air conditioners, and the washing machines were recently replaced with brand new equipment. Enough laundry rooms and fair prices for using the machines.

The grounds are maintained weekly, and although the bushes suffered severe damage due hard freeze we experienced last winter, things have been trimmed back and will fill in.

I would rather live here where there are large, grassy areas for children to play while their mothers visit with each other, than any of the apartment complexes where the only open areas are cement parking lots.

This is a great place to live - and I am very happy here.
