I lived this place for last 1&1/2 year. First day right after signing the contract manager misbehaved with me for a silly stuff. That time I should moved out to other place. I should know that "dawn shines the day". First of all good side: 1. cheap, 2. close to the cal-train station. Problem: 1. hot water, 2. air-conditioner, 3. Porous window and door 4. Noise due to overhead plane landing in airport. While taking shower I had to wait for a very long time for the hot water, sometimes I couldn t get any at all. Later I realized the reason both heater and hot water cannot work simultaneously. Heating system is not adequate enough to support both together. So when you are in shower you have stop the heater :):). Air-conditioner is so old that it doesn't cover the living area. Forget about bed-rooms. My baby suffered a lot during summer (this was not extreme summer, moderate one). There fore I had to purchase a portable air-conditioner for him. During winter I had to put cloth, bed ---- to close the small holes in the window. I told the manger about that, as usual she didn't do anything. I had to see the suffering of baby due to cold air coming through the porous windows during winter. He was also scared of overhead sound of landing plane on the nearby airport. I lived in Midwest and north-east for more than 7 years. I didn't experience this type of bad experience during winter.
Over all my assessment is if you don't care about cold, hot, or noise and you are single want to save money, then it may be a good place. But if you have a family with children my advice is this is not a good place at all.
