Negative :

1. Manager is pretty bad. She gives very rash responses.
2. Pretty old apartments. If you are staying in 2 nd floor, you can see steps and patio are shaking when you are walking into 2nd floor apartment.
3. You can hear neighbor's TV voice.
4. Worst security. Once one car breakdown happened and CD player stolen. Do you know where this CD player found' You will be scared if you listen this answer. In a vacant apartment in the same complex. Thieves stayed in vacant apartment and they kept the stolen stuff. You can understand the security now.
5. They are collecting Security deposit 800$. You need to forget about this. When you vacate the apartment they will send you the bill which shows 800$ exactly for the cleaning. They got a pretty good cleaners who can adjust bills exactly with your deposit amount.
6. You can see lots of noise in night times. Anonymous people coming and making noise.
7. No GYM. They never clean swimming pool.
8. You can find BUGS in some apartments. They will collect money from you for cleaning.

Positive:

1. Some apartments has LON in the center of the complex. It is good for kids playing.
2. Lots of Guest parking place.
