The apartment I rent is quite nice and meets my needs. The management has been VERY responsive to all my maintenance needs. Also, I once locked myself out and someone came by to let me in at 2:00 a.m.

The laundry facility is very good and I have never had a problem finding an empty washer or dryer.

The covered parking space allotted to me is also just steps from my door so it's very convenient.

The kitchen counter tops are old and the kitchen area is a bit small in the Jr. 1 bedroom and the walls are a bit thin but this does not bother me.

The apartment is also walking distance from both Caltrain and Sunnyvale downtown.

Overall it's good.

Cheating. This is a post by the manager. Nobody will let you in at 2.00 AM. She would charge 50 dollars every time. She wouldn't do it for even a courtesy. Rent is high compared to other apartments.

Hi, I didn't say they didn't charge - they did charge $50, but I was still impressed that someone came within 15 minutes of me calling them.
