Unkept, loud, lock everything & hope for the best

Half of the Del Prado Apartments are not air conditioned, Laundrey facilities are locked after 8:00 p.m., Police are frequently called to the apartments, teft of children's bikes, storage sheds, liscense plates, etc is common even when locked. It is very loud, lots of pot holes in driveway, huge rent increases, the pool has lots of floaters in it from local ducks
