Apartment is a Small Complex, Good Manager, but lousy residents

Apartment is a Small Complex, Good Manager, but lousy residents. Nearby residences are scary with many problems. However, the apartment is good with good management closely watched manager. Cheap and reasonable apartment too. Security deposit returned without any letter within 15 days and only $60 deducted for cleaning
