Most are two bedrooms and pretty roomy, the three bedroom is huge, but despite that there is nowhere to hide from the sorrow. Maybe if your'e a big fan of Jerry Springer you'd enjoy meeting some potential guests here, especially the manager. YOu're very own drugged out stereo blasting nut-job. Let's his daughter and friends use empty appartments for partys, and isn't above threatening you if you have any complaints. We were woken up several mornings to the sound of a down home domestic dispute, probably missed a lot more though under the bass of the stereo. As an added bonus, you get a smoker either right under one of the bedroom windows, or in the stairwell to your front door. There also seemed to be a sign that read "At the hardware store, back in a few minutes" permenantly affixed to the office door.

If you get a parking spot on the property, you're lucky. It looks like there is a lot of street parking, but after about 3pm you better be willing to hike a half mile or so. Everything is a little run down, there are about as many shopping carts parked around the neighborhood as cars. The building is drafty as a tent, but that doesn't keep it from becoming unliveably hot in the summer. Walking up the stairs to the front door you could feel it get about 10 degrees hotter. The quality of the wiring made me wince everytime i turned on my computer. Running two or three things at the same time was often enough to trip the breaker, so we were quite familiar with resetting it. The bathroom is a wreck, there is enough water damage in there that i'm sure a good full bath is gonna drop down to the first floor one of these days. This brought up several times over the course of two seperate appartment managers and never even looked at. I could go on, but if you're still considering this place after reading this far, i'm guessing i could tell you it comes with cancer and you wouldn't be dissuaded.
