Decent park-like small complex for families

Not too fancy but simple and good. Decent value for the money.
The apartments are quite spacious, and the complex has a guest room and community room for use by residents.
Nice courtyard in the center with pool, community room, and lawn.
Pool table and so-so exercise room for use.
Sufficient parking - 1/2 covered with storage.
