Evelyn Gardens is a wonderful place to live. Lots of trees that give the complex a cozy place to call home. With only 92 units Myriam and Terri are just the best. They are both warm and friendly and happy to drop whatever they are doing to lend a helping hand.

The neighbors are the best. No stuffy high tech corporate raiders here, just really nice families that look out for each other.

The owners just ripped up both parking lots and completely re-did them from the ground up. They also repaired and replaced the sidewalks. It is so refreshing to find owners that want to put money back into their property.

I have lived here twice. The first time I moved out because I thought I had a better deal someplace else. After my 6 month lease was up I was begging to get back. I have lived here for over 5 years this time and I have no intention of ever moving out.
