After a year of living at Evelyn Gardens, it was no surprise that we renewed our lease.

Our experience at this complex has been wonderful. It's quiet, well-maintained and the neighbors are very considerate. You'll mostly find families living here and a few couples. It's nothing fancy but is definitely a place where you can feel 'at home.' The maintenance guy, Gilbert, is quick to respond and is always friendly. Sadly, Myriam Reginato, the prior manager, has moved on to a bigger complex in Millbrae but EG's management company is very good about who they choose for the property. All in all, we're happy with our apartment.

Some people say it's best to view an apartment complex after 5 p.m. or on the weekend when people are home to really see what goes on. No surprises here. The quiet and clean property you view in the daytime is the same one you'll experience at any time of the day.
