Greedy Management and Dirty place to live

The place have lots of insects and tree leave on the floor. The management is greedy and really bad. Please don't get trick by those small amount of move in bonus. No matter how well and how clean we maintain our apartment, we still get less than 10% of your deposite back. Parking lot is not secure, couple of our neighbour had bad experience about someone break into their car.
