Management is not co-operative. It's not a safe complex. There are only few washers and dryers for 72 apts and it's busy all the time, with one or two broken and requiring repair. Being an old complex, be ready to have cold showers at times. Be careful about rent hikes and forget about your initial security deposit. Don't even think about guest parking as there's none. Swimming pool is just for namesake, always dirty and cold.

On the positive note, a quiet community closer to ammenities with good tall trees.
