Sucks real bad!!!

Very Bad, Unprofessional and un-organized Management and the manager. Greedy management. Very old apartment and old appliances. Ver thin walls and lots of unmanaged trees and grass which gives a lots of insects and allergies. sometimes your maintenance requests get attended to in weeks and months time. Very very BAD carpets. My apt was being repaired when I checked it out. I was promised when I gave the advance that the apt will be fully cleaned and in acondition similar to the model. But the carepts were really really bad with lots of spots and totally worn out. They refused to change it and they refused to give me back my advance!!! so I was stuck with this for one year. Even the rents are not that cheap for a bad apartment.
