Greedy, Unprofessional, pathetic Management and the manager.
Very old apartment, BROKEN cabinets.
There Bugs, flies, mosquitoes, cockroach and what not. You tell the manager about these and he will say, "your apartment is not clean", "no one else has reported such problems" blah blah blah.
Some apartments are very dark inside.
Initial deposit is almost Double the average deposit at other apartments and i guess it is never refunded. No guest parking ..(there are just 5 guest spots)

I had a great time living tere nice profesional manager who helped me a lot, manager even help me after office hours made us feel like our home I realy admire him. also rent was reasonable, but yes old cabinets and no window in bath was only major issue i can name. i recomend this to some of my friend who already moved in.
