Hi,

I lived here for a year.
Its a very old apartment and all the windows would have fungus and you need to
pay for that while going out. Manager thinks he is the owner of the apt though
he ia worker. Swimming pool does not have warm water. When I clarified ,
I heard that it had been like that for more than 3 years. So you can swim
in the cold freezing water at anytime. Walls are very thin and if you are in the
ground floor, forget sleeping there though you rent the apt.
I'll give a rate of 0.5 for 10.
