Worst experience of my whole life. Truly BAD!!

If you are looking for nice, value for money then please dont even think about Evelyn Garden. At least not until the current manager is asked to go.
I trust one known and moved here. By bad luck, he himself moved away and put me in this trouble. The current manager keep complaining about tenants not keeping the apartment tidy but management doesnt maintain the upkeep of building and repair/maintanance of apartment.
No one in the whole apartment has right to keep even the standings in the patio and manager has customized Window AC for her Royal, Pool facing apartment
I heard that she is denying the current tenants for apartment cleaning/carpet cleaning even if they renewing the lease after 1 year.
For Evelyn Garden Management, please look at this matter and other to stay away till everything get normal.
The day I moved here with in week, someone broke a car and stolen precious items. It happened couple of times more with in 6 months. Bikes have been stolen various time. In nutshell,not a safe place at all.
