I have been here since sept 09. I am waiting for my lease to end (9 more months). Reasons:

1. Cockroaches
2. v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.very poor management.
eg. After 2 weeks of requesting for new apartment(trust me this story is much more horrible) they agreed to put me in different unit. Well, my current rent is 1117 with 100 discount, 1217 otherwise. Rent for my new apartment which is of same size is 1170 with 100 discount 1270 otherwise. I wanted to move to the new unit on Nov 7th. I have already paid rent for Nov - 1117. At this point I ask you how much should I pay' <= $53' These guys asked me to pay $153. They said if I moved on Nov 1st i shud have paid 1170. Now I need to pay 1270 as they can not give $200 discount for the same month. Does it make sense'''''''
3. The corridor smells all the time. I hate the food smell. Once in a while is fine. It is there all the time. Not blaming about the cooking. The apartment is old and bad..no proper ventilation.
4. They have tennis court, swimming pools blah blah...i dont use nothing...
5. Safety - other day i saw a guy asking for donation...This is not a gated community...but you need to have keys to enter into a floor..i dont know how he managed to come in and knock the door..
