Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
Maintenance is good. Extremely high price for this 35 years old apartment. Management severely discourage for existing tenants to reloca within same apartment. Eveywhere there is notice "THIS AREA CONTAINS CHEMICALS THAT CAN CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECT". So why do you want to have this risk' Elevators are extremely dangerous. Most of the secure doors do not work. Hence no security!
