No problem with security deposit ....

I was at Fair Oaks Apt. for 8 years and finally decided to move since I wanted to be in a newer complex, closer to 101 and also have problem with the noise from my upstair tenant. I was very worried about my security deposit after reading all these reviews ....
Fortunately I didn't have any problem with the mgmt/staff! They were sad to see me leave and weren't even interested in doing the walkthru before I left ... and told me that I would get back 100% of my deposit!!!!
And yes, I did get 100% of my security deposit PLUS some other misc deposit ..
That experience made me change my mind of the staff!
