I am not saying it just because I am not a resident. The stinky corridors, paper thin walls, audible ceilings ..you might have read about this a hundred times. But I have other reasons too.They reduced the price of the apartments considerably in 2003 ,and when we renewed our lease they told me to pay the same amout that i was giving for a year. The funny thing was that I paid $1190 to one bed room apartment and my newly moved friend was paying only$900.They were not ready to give any reduction for a 1year lease. Another funy thing is that though they told me to mail the refund they didn't send it for5 months and I have to go to them or make a call everytime. The new person namely Ray was studying my files[ which are closed according to them] for about 4 months. They don't returned my calls.
People ar not that much friendly which may not be problem if you have lots of them.You can hear everything'''' going on in the top or neighbouring apartments, be careful and learn to neglect "those things"...you know.Another thing is that laundry room was not cleaned always, may be partly depend on the residents also. Fair oaks was very best when we moved there, but now the staff has changed, and they are least responding. But the maintenance is the best as always, responding within 2-3 hrs.I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.
