Bad Apts...Old tenants treated unfairly.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Food smelling hallways,thin walls and loud neighbours make this place a misery to live in. Also they offer amazing specials to new tenants but old tenants are treated very badly. I stayed here for 1 year from Dec 2002 to Dec 2003 and was paying 1140. They decreased the rents but i still had to pay 1140 even after my lease was over.My friend got a great move in special and was paying 900 for a deluxe 1 bedroom.When i asked they told me 1200 for existing tenants which was pure exploitation.In frustration i left the apartment....All units do not have microwave and when my microwave brokedown they refused to fix it.I will not recommend this place to anyone
