I lived in Fair Oaks apartment for three years.
Pros & corns:
1. good swimming pool, pool table, gym, tennis court.
----
1. The size of the apartment is very small.
2. The service is very bad..we had water leak in the rest room which they never able to fix it.
3. Parking is a big problem if you have a new car...easily get dings because of small space.
4. Noice is very high because of the twice a week garbase trucks and ambulence sound.
5. Lot of dust even when we stayed in the third floor.
6. Very Bad management... Forget your deposit...never going to get back.
