The management here at this complex is exceedingly bad. The leasing agent I spoke to before I moved in here was completely ignorant about apartment leasing. The only thing which she could answer with certainity was when I asked her how much the rent was (its too high). I personally haven't had problems with pests etc. in my apartment but I know a few friends who lived here who did. A friend of mine recently had a bathroom overflow and the whole house was filled with the stink of sewage for a week. Another friend of mine broke the lease within a month of moving here because of cockroaches in her apartment. I am planning to move out soon too. The bottom line is this - don't live here unless you have no other options.
