Pluses:

1) Great location. Close to shopping, downtown, Caltrain station, freeways.
2) Helpful and professional leasing staff. Dinah and Brian, in particular.
3) Responsive maintenance staff. Barring weekends, all service calls have been taken care of within 24 hours.
4) Quality of kitchen appliances provided is absolutely top-notch.

Negatives:

1) Hallways are dark and the air feels stuffy.
2) Walls do not ensure complete sound insulation. You can hear your neighbour's dishwasher. Normal conversations cannot be overheard though.
3) Rent is on the higher side and does not compare well with facilities provided.

P.S. They refunded my entire security deposit.
