Management still does not understand the meaning of the word customer.

Some staff people (not all) are very rude with residents.

You can end up with horrible smelling hallways : unable to invite people over because of the noise and the kitchen odors in the hallways.

Some neighbors have absolutely no manners and others are really nice : it all depends on your luck.

One piece of advice : do not believe the grand tour and ask to meet all your neigbors. Also, come have a look at what's going on at night (8PM : odors, noise,....).

My lease is up and i am definately running away from this joint : never again... I've learned my lesson.
