I have never had roaches in my apartment. I guess it depends on what build you live in. Yes rent is going up but so is the market. I dont know about the bad management, but i do know we had a new one least summer. Shes great Spiders do live here. We do have naghbors that cook carry. The apartment get really humid if you dont open a window. (taking a shower or disher)

WE had our card broken iton 3 times. But that was our fought because we dont clean our car very often . But you have to have nothing in car. Others cars where broken into as well.
