cockroaches, white water and high rent

we actually have cockroaches as pets, now that we really cannot get rid of them.
The harder we try, many more of them jump out of the drainage system. So kinda getting fond of them. after a while they seem to look cute.
The rent the management is got to be kidding. During the dot-com era they just
went on increasing the rent, somehow they don't seem to figure out that now its a SLUMP ....
the water u get is WHITE. u get the picture.
