May be it was after our 3 yrs of stay,they charged us the resonalble amount for cleaning from the deposit.
Never heard before but one of our friends found their electronic items and jewellaries missing after they returned from their vacation.
Pros:
1.Decent and huge complex.
2.Problems are fixed on time.They have professional service men.
3.Well maintained most of the time.
4.Lots of activities within the complex.
5.Well maintained large pool,tennis courts,Movie hall,club house.
Cons:
Management is a bit rude.I see this as the only set back in the complex. They attend everyones request promptly,just that are not well recieving when we meet (go with a issue or request). May be thats what gives them confidence in their work. Otherwise they all are wonderful people.

Amy is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry rude to Asians ( read ------- :) ) . THrow her out and its a great place to live - cockroaches. Mark is a great person ( sometimes confused with his twin who sometimes visits FOW ).
