Good facilities but bad mainenance and management

I have been here for almost 2 yrs.
Pros:
The facilities are good. Loads of activites for all people.
Cons:
Maintenance is bad. There is a elevator is my apartment( Building P : Pepperwood) whose door jams befor we get in. A child could possibly die here, but after repeated requests, this has not been taken care of. This was considered a joke rather than a serious affair.
If you have children, I would not recommend this especially because of the mean careless management in terms of safety. In the same building, the elevator again was not inspected since 2002 until recently they claimed that the inspection was done. The above issue is current which clearly shows how bad the management is.
