Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
This is not a bad place. But lately lots of bad things (theft, vandalism, robbery etc.) are happening and management does not seem to worry much about it. On the positive side, there are lots of facilities (gym, swimming pool etc.) which residents seem to enjoy. So this is a mixed bag!
