I only have many compaints the hallways and the oh so heavy doors. You have to go through 8 doors to get into the building! The lobby door, 2nd lobby door, elevator doors and another door to get into the hallway. The hallway's carpet are dirty and the walls are dirty. There is only one washing machine working in the laundry room. The hallway is dark and lacks ventilation so when you walk in it's hot and you get that curry aroma. Luckily I am okay with that smell but I do know some people who cannot stand that smell. If you have the same problem you wouldn't last a day in this apartment. Also when I walk in I always encounter children running around. Riding bicycles on the hallway. Drawing on the hallway floors. I kind of cringe knowing how dirty the hallway carpet is and seeing kids rolling around on it. The apartment has thin walls I can hear everything my neighbors above and beside me are doing. It's just a crappy place look elswhere before you rent here. Don't waste your money. You can find a much better place.

Like other reviewers are saying the management people are rude and a bunch of incompetent know it alls. But this doesn't bother me as much. Because I could imagine I would miserable too if I had to work here and plus they probably don't get paid much either.(how sad)

Fair Oaks Management is Rude and they are not FAIR. If a person visits second time, they will increase the Rent. They feel that second time commers will rent apartment, as they made-up their mind to stay in Fair Oaks. You will understand your opposite guy is paying much lesser Rent than you. Once you realised, want to move new cheap apartment of same kind, they will not allow you. They force you to upgrade to higher rent. THEY show the RED CARROT price, but you will end-up paying $100-200 more per month at the end of negotiation. It's UNFAIR OAKS APARTMENTS. We suggest you to form a pool, if you want to come to this complex, force them for FAIR PRICE. most of them leaves UNFAIR OAKS because of the ATTITUDE OF THE LEASE MANAGEMENT. WAKE-UP & pass this info everybody you know. LET'S BOMBARD THE UNFAIR OAKS management.
