I am not a kind of person who writes review's especially either good/bad. but...
this apartment is very old, inspite of a having maintenance you get tired of asking them to fix one thing or the other. there will be an issue either with bathroom or kitchen, door latches or lift not working
cockroachs are deadly here, it took almost 2-3 months to get rid of them. some of my friends staying in the apartment had the same issue and they moved out..lucky them
Its not a gated community and there is only 1 guard to take care of the entire property, it is very common for cars to be broken in one building or the other for GPS and other electronics. some of the building doors does not close completely leaving it completely open for strangers to walkin and knock your door
management is quite rude sometimes and they are not consistent with price for the apt. you can see - $100 on the same day from two different people, even for upgrades
there are so many trees and blocks sun light. each building has its own set of issues. either next to lift or a pond with mosquitos and dirty water or dark room due to tree covered patio
each unit is so small, carpets are old but the prices are alway competitive and slightly higher than other places.
though initially was lured by the gym, tennis courts and others. they dont make much of a difference now
finally, now I am considering moving out when lease expires
