This complex looks good at first glance, but you will regret later when you starts living here. The only good is the trees all over complex. But construction is that bad that even the contractor comes had blamed when they come and had recommended to change our apartment or leave this place.
You can hear your neighbor's conversation and hear the sound from their Bathroom, flush and horrible thing you can imagine if someone stay above you. Their footstep wont let you sleep and live happily. Its a 3 story building and gallery on each floor stinks so badly that you immediately wants to get in to your cramped apartment once you are our of elevator. In six month of our stay, we had to interact with mgmt 7 times (thats more than once a month) and every time we ended up hearing or the other excuse to not to fix on time.
Orlando is the worst person to talk in any case and I am surprised he still there and top management is still keeping this man here.
This place is full of asian, who never complains for any thing as they wants freebies what this apartment offer (Tennis lession, swimming lesson, Billiards, Gym has 3 treadmill for more than 500 families).. Whenever you got o clubhouse it will be crowded with people. cockroaches and mice is normal here.
cons: Poor Management, Stinking apartment, bad construction and thin walls, plenty of parking but limited security, rent,
