First timers, beaware of this apartment. Everything looks very nice when you visit for the first time and also the management is very polite during signing the lease. You see the trouble when you have any issues at a later point of time. I lived here in a single and a double bed apartments and both have BED bugs along with roachs in it. And when contacted the leasing ppl, they say you have brought bed bugs and apartment doesnt have any. You are forcibly allowed to pay $125 but the bugs problem never resolved.
Rents are abnormal, imagine a single bed they are charging $1650 and double bed $2150.
The last nail is hit on you when you move out, you would be expecting your deposit amount back, but let me tell you that the management has something else in their mind. You in return has to pay equally the same amount as that of deposit.(I had to pay $1000 approax for nothing). They are very rude to answer any of your questions.
The only person whom you find polite in the entire leasing team is Steve. He is a very nice person and is very friendly whenever you approach him. Other are just, better not mention it here.
Points to be noted:
1. Thefts happen quite often
2. No safety for your cars in the parking lots, I got my car window glass broken.
3. Roaches, roaches, roaches.
4. Very rude management.

FYI. bed bugs are bugs that eat the dead skin that accumulates on your bed night after night. Everyone sheds skin when they sleep. This is why you have to change the sheets and wash them every so often, otherwise bed bugs will appear and then the annoying biting occurs. Roaches could be present for various reasons. One, a neighbor had them due to bad cleaning and fumigated and then they went into your apartment. Or two (and judgeing from the bedbugs and the large move out fees, this is what I'd say happened in your apartment), you don't clean your apartment very often and then roaches appear. Try cleaning more regularly in your next home and i'm sure you won't have those problems. However, if they persist where ever else you go and you haven't adjusted your livestyle...then don't complain about it.

Yeah, this place sucks. No matter how clean you are this place is still horrible. Management doesn't care they are raking in the dough from the other suckers that live here. Hopefully one day people will wake up and stop renting here. Then maybe management and owner will straighten up.

Yes this apartment sucks - Ive been here and personally, its the management. They are very rude and there is no reason for you all to stay here. There are lot more nice places around. Regarding roaches, I dont agree that keeping your home clean is the solution. If your neighbour has a roach, you're gonna get one eventually - whether you like it or not. So bottomline is when a tenant reports a problem, management should take care of the roaches - otherwise guess what - 5 more houses in the radius get impacted and the problem is never solved really

Petty Issues? Cockroaches and Bedbugs are Petty Issues? I don't know what barn you were raised in but where I come from Bug Infestation is not a "petty issue". All of the tenants need to file a class action lawsuit as well as withhold their rent until this dump is fumigated. The current "management" should be FIRED and forced to spend the night in one of those dumpy apartments. Pitiful and shameful is what this situation appears to be. CALL A LAWYER AS A GROUP, TAKE PICTURES, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!
