I have stayed here for 2 years, now when I want to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, even though my lease is over they would not give me the deals available to newcomers, their suggestion move out and then move in again... guess I will move out... I also know if you move out they charge you outrageous fees for cleaning...
The maintainence has also deteriorated now a days... the laundry room on our floor was getting flooded for a month... flooded with soapy water...
