The management is very bad. Specially the guy Orlando. They will be good just until u sign the lease. They are worried abt only money. They find ways to milk money wherever necessary. Some apartments doesnt have AC. They wont let u know this, so make sure u do. The hallways smell bad. The only good abt this apartment is that u have the good indian community. There are many other apartments in this area for the same cost of living (infact less) and better, spacious rooms than this.

They are not at all willing to help. They only care abt the money.
