We have been having cockroaches problem from the second month that we moved in... Got it treated twice already.. and there seems to be no difference.. cockroaches seems to be growing bigger in size and number day by day.. Management is the meanest.. They talk in a way that it looks like they are doing a favor by renting us this horrible,dirty place to live... I have been tired for the last 1 week, asking for a change in the appartment or for lease breakage... but they are like trancing us.. And this only makes anyone paranoid... They charge a good amount of money for lease breakage... Guys beware before signing the lease.. Yeah, it has good community, but chose your priorities.. If you are willing to share your house with insects everywhere, you can move in... else, pleasee stay out... You find desis everywhere in Sunnyvale.. and you can make your own community and enjoy... Trust me.. If you want to move in because of the desi community think again... As you will regret your stay.. as I am now...

Ok, I am going to have to agree with this review. I just recently moved into the complex, and even though I have only been there one week, I have already had to kill at least 3 or 4 cockroaches! I'm seriously considering moving out, especially since I only have that 30 day guarantee that they give you when you first move into the complex. I'm kind of scared of what I got myself into.

I am not sure if will get to see this message..I have been having same problem. I moved here on Sept. Right from the day 1 I have told the management. I stay at O - olivewood. Oh! I lived in O building too..!! There is nothing we can do about it.. other than moving to a better place.. and when moving out trash everything that you have here.. else you would be carrying roaches and their eggs to your next appartment.. I am warning because there are soooooooooooo many roaches here!!!!
