In review of the previous comments from the other former tenant, I am appalled at the lengths of which this tenant (who was asked to leave) will go to slander this apartment complex. Ironically, the former tenant complains about noise levels of inside and outside the complex yet this tenant continued to reside at this apartment complex for 2 years. Doesn't that sound fishy'

I've enjoyed the Francis Garden Apartments for a number of years now. I would certainly recommend it to prospective tenants.

No, it's not fishy to hate move every time you discover there's noise, because noise is anywhere in this cheap construction state. And yes, Francis Garden is in the flight path to Moffett Field, and jets and helicopters do fly by a dozen a day. Check this map: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msa=0&msid=110826783807456856142.00000112a1ead53131b13 The gray strip is the noise wake from Moffett.
