Nicole, the manager has very limited authority to remedy anything.
The walls are paper thin. However, if you want to listen to a lady making good use of her electric "toy", you might consider this a plus. Dont forget that your neighbor will know whether you snore and how much time that you spend loving your partner, etc.
The equipment in the laundry room is first-rate; but there is not enough and tenants usually take their time about removing clothing.
The worst thing about the laundry is the LIMITED access 9:00 am - 10:00 pm weekdays and less on the weekend.
There is little or no insulation in the walls or the roof so the inside temperature usually reflects the outside one. Also you will have to let the water run for a while before HOT water appears. Then if you turn the water off for less than a minute, all that you will get is COLD water for a while. This is annoying, wasteful and environmentally UNSOUND.
