Sucks Money big time until you leave.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
They will make you leave even if you think you don't want to. They will keep increasing your rent until you find a better place at lower price. The "Community Manager" is sympethetic that you pay a lot but is helpless. Maintenance technicians change too often along with manager. This one has been for a few months now. Everytime a new manager comes, rules change.
