First thing, Nicole is the nicest manager I have ever met and I have lived in over 5 apartment complexes. When I moved into this place, the rent was too high and I was in a one bedroom. Then rent came down but not too much and so had to move out.

This is the only apartment where I have lived for over 1 1/2 years. Previously I used to stay in Mountain View.

You can check with the apartments, I used to live next to the tennis court.

Pros :
1. Location is quiet and friendly.
2. Quiet safe place to be.
3. Management is prompt.
4. Easy access to nearby shopping stores.
5. No restrictions at night.
6. Noise level is pretty low. (Lived with a very huge neighbor family as-well-as with a quiet single person).
7. Friendly neighborhood.
8. Location is more attractive compared to the neighboring apartments.
9. Maintenance is prompt.
10. Nicole is a very friendly person (We still keep in touch with her even after a year and half). - I locked myself out twice, and that too after midnight. Nicole was glad enough to get up and come and open it for me, once as the maintenance guy was out of town.
11. Apartments, generally is maintained very neatly.

Cons :
1. Not much parking. If you have two cars its a problem.
2. No recreational facility such as billiards, ping pong, etc.
3. Very limited equipment in the exercise room.
4. No Patio.
5. Rent too high.
