this is a good and comfortable place to stay, the management is good and responsible. few things i am not very happy about are: its a bit expensive compared to the apartments nearby, and the construction walls are a bit thin... it can be pretty noisy if you have neighbors who like jumping around in midnight and you live in the first floor. the complex has only two laundry rooms for about 200 people and it is closed from 10 PM - 8 AM - it can get crowded in the weekends.

At least you don't have to load your car (if you have one) and go to the landry mat. I have used the landry facility often and its rarely full.
