This place is definitely not worth the money that you would pay. Poor fixtures and building material used for old buildings. Water leakage is a common problem and this will damage the place and to add to that, they would charge you for the damage when you vacate. My apartment often had severe hot water problems. High handed management is a pain to deal with.
