I've been living in the Mathilda Apartments since May 04', for about 7 monts now. Me and my husband are actually uprgrading to a 2 bedroom and signing another 6 mth. lease b/c we are having a baby so we need a bigger place. I have had a great experience. There is plenty of parking. The rent is reasonable and it is a quiet community. The management Trini is very nice and understanding. It also has a big pool for the summertime and not many people are in the pool. The only embarrassing thing is the green doors but it's not that big of a deal. I would totally recommend this place to move to.
