I Lived here five years. When I first moved her, the apartments and complex were decent.
Now they are trying to improve them, but the management is slow and the owners are cheap.

They use cheap materials and lousy labor.
If you are a new tenant moving in you get newer materials, light fixtures, faucet, sinks, floors, wallpaper etc. But if you've lived here awhile you have to suffer with the old enterior, including carpet odors.

The manager tends to be a little moody and the grounds tend to be unkept at times.

There are alot of different types of people who live here and the manager is bias towards certain people.

Overall it's a beautiful complex with alot of large trees.
