wonderful manager!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
nice manager. gets along with all residents. NOT biased.rents are fair. good ttenant profile. all working class. well kept grounds. It was a joy living here. Penny "great manager." would definately move back if relocated back to this area.
