Some times she's cool other times she's a fake.

Complex nice, quiet location. Over all not bad for a Silicon Valley rental. You get what you pay for. Rent a little high for the quality of the apartments.

New tenants get upgrades, old ones don't.
I happen to have been a lucky one this time.
